TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Avalon Factual Limited of 4a Exmoor Street, London, W10 6BD (“Avalon”).
2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Avalon, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Internet access and a valid YouTube account are required.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. To enter the prize draw:
   
   
   1. Submit a video of your dog, no longer than 3 minutes in length, highlighting the dog’s biggest behavioural issues that you would like to resolve.
   2. Subscribe to our YouTube channel: @DogsBehavingVeryBadly.
   3. Provide your YouTube handle with your entry so Avalon can verify the subscription. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their YouTube subscription settings allow Avalon to confirm the subscription.
5. All entries must be submitted via the online entry form and entering your First Name, Last Name, Email and YouTube handle. Only one entry per household is permitted.
6. The opening date for entries is 6PM GMT on Tuesday the 16th of September. The closing date of the prize draw is 6PM GMT on Monday the 20th of October. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
7. Whether all relevant eligibility requirements have been met will always be decided in Avalon’s sole discretion and we may require evidence of confirmation from entrants before we award a prize.
8. Avalon accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9. Three winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Monday 27th of October.
10. The winners will receive one 20-minute video consultation with Graeme Hall. There are 3 prizes available.
    
11. The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 24 hours of the date on which the draw has taken place. If a winner does not respond to Avalon within 48 hours of being notified by Avalon, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Avalon will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
    
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
    
13. The decision of Avalon regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    
14. Avalon must publish that a valid award took place. To comply with this requirement, Avalon may publish the surname and county of the winners on the Avalon website and Avalon may publish or announce your surname and county (including without limitation on its social media pages) as Avalon determines in its sole discretion. If you do not want this information to be published, please contact Avalon at DogsCompetition@Avalonuk.com. In such circumstances, Avalon must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    
15. We may want to share the winning videos on our social media channels, website and other platforms. By submitting your video, you grant Avalon a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your video (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes related to the competition and our brand, including but not limited to sharing on our social media channels, website, and other platforms.
    
16. Avalon will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winners within 28 days from the date of winner confirmation.
    
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Avalon reserves the right to refuse entries or refuse to award the prize to any entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise not in the spirit of and/or in breach of these terms and conditions.
    
18. Avalon reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotionwhere it becomes necessary to do so.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, Avalon will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Avalon, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, Avalon does not accept responsibility in the event that any entry is lost, delayed or not properly received, registered or recorded or for any incorrectly addressed or undelivered prize draw entries or for any disruption, delay or misdirection of such entries.
    
21. Personal data supplied by you when you enter a competition or prize draw will only be used by Avalon for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the promotion and processed as set out in Avalon’s Privacy Policy. In the event that a prize is to be provided by a third party, Avalon may pass on a winner’s details to the third party to enable them to send their prize directly to the winner. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
    
22. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
    
23. This competition is not sponsored by YouTube. By entering, you release YouTube from any and all liability related to this competition.
