Sabina Meschke is a comedian, actress, writer, and if you can believe it? An identical twin. Described in the New York Times as “the dominant twin,” she delights in providing a comedic scaffolding upon which she and her sister, Annabel, can play. The pair perform together as a standup duo, and have been featured in the New York Times, New York Magazine, Nylon Magazine, and Paste Magazine. Hatched in Florida but now based in Brooklyn, NY, Sabina hopes to expand her and Annabel’s award-winning short, Pennies From Heaven (dubbed by SXSW the start of a “twinematic universe”) into a feature length adventure. Sabina is also one of two head writers (surprise! the other one is her very own sister) on Brittany Broski’s Webby-award-winning celebrity interview show, Royal Court.
