September 21st – Following a sold-out Edinburgh Festival Fringe run with his critically acclaimed show ‘Okay, One More Then Bedtime,’ Pierre Novellie announces a nationwide tour, taking ‘Okay, One More Then Bedtime’ to audiences across the country. The tour currently comprises of over 30 dates, coming to Leeds, York, Oxford, Cambridge, Brighton, Cardiff, Swansea, Liverpool, Glasgow, Nottingham and more.
The announcement comes amid a hugely successful year for Pierre, including the launch of his BBC Radio 4 series ‘Why in the Name of Pierre Novellie?’, which was renewed for a second series before the first had even finished, and his sharp, offbeat observational comedy continuing to win over ever-larger audiences on stage and screen. ‘Okay, One More Then Bedtime’, Pierre’s brand-new show, made its debut at this year’s Fringe, where it enjoyed a hugely successful sold-out run. Alongside the new show Pierre also performed ‘Do The One About…’ a show bringing together some of his most-loved routines from over a decade of comedy shows, which was highly acclaimed by critics and audiences alike.
In his brand-new show, Pierre will once again be delivering a stellar hour of his signature style of observational comedy which has seen him earn multiple awards and rave reviews over the years. ‘Okay, One More Then Bedtime’ sees Pierre Novellie deliver another rock-solid show of sharp observations, storytelling and brilliantly offbeat comedy, although with a little more existential depth this time. Freshly married, Pierre finds himself looking further down the track. Much of the show is inspired by his honeymoon in Japan and how the serenity of Japan compares with the grim chaos of British life. The result is a quintessentially Pierre Novellie hour: intelligent, absurd, deeply personal and packed with the sharp observational comedy audiences love.

This year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe saw Pierre’s show, ‘Okay, One More Then Bedtime’, named among the ‘Best Reviewed Shows of the Fringe’ by British Comedy Guide for a fifth consecutive year. His acclaimed 2025 Fringe show, ‘You Sit There, I’ll Stand Here,’ went on to become a sell-out UK and Ireland tour, with multiple dates selling out and additional regional shows added due to demand. The tour also included two extra London performances at Leicester Square Theatre. It became Pierre’s biggest tour to date, selling twice as many tickets as his previous national tour.
This year also marks the exciting launch of Booksmart, the new gameshow by Audible UK, hosted by Pierre, while 2024 saw the publication of his critically acclaimed book ‘Why Can’t I Just Enjoy Things? A Comedian’s Guide to Autism’ which has sold tens of thousands of copies.
Earlier this year, Pierre’s BBC Radio 4 series ‘Why in the Name of Pierre Novellie?’ aired to stellar critical praise and a warm reception from listeners. He can also be heard as co-host of BudPod alongside Glenn Moore, and the gaming podcast Button Boys with Glenn Moore and Sarah Keyworth. Both podcasts picked up awards earlier this year’s Golden Lobes, celebrating the best in comedy podcasting: BudPod won the publicly voted Listener’s Lobe and Best Tangent, while Button Boys took home Best Artwork.
Pierre’s television and writing credits include Live At The Apollo (BBC), Mock the Week (BBC), The Mash Report (BBC), Spitting Image (ITV / BritBox), Stand Up Central (Comedy Central), Comedy Central Live (Comedy Central) and World’s Most Dangerous Roads (Dave).
Pierre has also performed at the prestigious Melbourne International Comedy Festival and supported comedy legend Frank Skinner on tour, as well as during his West End runs at the Garrick Theatre and Gielgud Theatre. He is a past winner of the Amused Moose Laugh-Off and has received nominations for the Amused Moose Comedy Award, The Skinny Awards and several Chortle Awards.
