Due to popular demand, extra dates have been added to critically-acclaimed Irish comedian Emma Doran’s latest tour, Dilemma. After playing sell-out shows across the UK and Ireland, including a sold-out gig at London’s Leicester Square Theatre, Emma will now play a further 14 dates from 15th February – 29th March next year, alongside the previously announced extra London Leicester Square Theatre date on Thursday 13th March 2025.
Tickets for the extra dates are on-sale now at emmadorancomedy.com.
Emma is enjoying a breakthrough year, which has seen her star in Prime Video’s first original series in Ireland, LOL: Last One Laughing hosted by Graham Norton, top bestseller lists with her debut book Mad, Isn’t It?, appear on popular TV shows Celebrity Gogglebox and RTÉ One’s The Late Late Show, amass millions of views for her comedy sketches on social media and pack out houses across the UK and Ireland.
In Dilemma, it’s the post-apocalyptic world. There’s only one contraceptive pill left. Do you give it to your 19-year-old daughter or keep it for yourself? Is it better to be a 40-year-old grandmother or a 40-year-old new Mum. These are the dilemmas facing Emma Doran aged 39 and 7/8, even though the most obvious outcome is neither. If turning 40 is the start of something new, what is it the end of? … ah here, where’s me vape?
With the help of her cracked Samsung phone, Emma has garnered over 250K followers across social channels and surpassed over 1.3M likes on TikTok for her comedy sketches, with one TikTok of her stand-up reaching over 1.8 million views.
