WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / KEY DUTIES
- Learn key legal and business terminology
- Assist with changes to and drafting talent and rights agreements
- Maintain and update various Business Affairs trackers
- Summarize closed deals on a spreadsheet
- Maintain and organize files
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- The candidate is curious/excited to learn and has an interest in the entertainment industry
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Knowledge in contract and entertainment law
- Junior or Senior in college or law student
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with, and ideally a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
