Critically-acclaimed stand-up and star of Taskmaster (Dave), 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), and QI (BBC Two) Lou Sanders announces a one-off performance of her brand-new solo show Say Hello To Your New Step-Mummy building on the momentum of a sold-out, critically-acclaimed Edinburgh Festival Fringe run which had extra shows added due to popular demand, a sold out run at London’s Soho Theatre in September, a 45 date nationwide tour, four shows in New York and Los Angeles, an upcoming run at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and making her U.S. television debut performing on The Late Late Show with James Corden (CBS) on Tuesday 11th February 2020. Tickets for the show on Saturday 13th June are on sale now and can be found at Lousanders.com.

The (self-titled) Face That Launched a Thousand Dicks’ latest hour of characteristically frank and confessional stand up examines relationships (all kinds, baby), mental health (other people’s, she’s fine) and perverts (that one is her, actually). With plenty of oversharing and wanging on about spirituality, Lou is ready to give everyone some much unwanted advice.

Consistently a critic’s favorite, Lou’s celebrated show Say Hello To Your New Step-Mummy was selected as a top show to see in The Times, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The I Newspaper, The Evening Standard, The Mirror, Time Out, and Joe.co.uk. It played to sold-out audiences every day of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2019, with extra dates added to meet overwhelming demand for tickets, as well as across the UK with a sold-out run at London’s Soho Theatre.

On TV, Lou was featured in the Emmy and BAFTA nominated comedy game show Taskmaster (Dave), and has appeared on Live At The Apollo (BBC One), 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), QI (BBC Two), Travel Man (Channel 4), Hypothetical (Dave), 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4) Karl Pilkington’s new sitcom Sick of It (Sky One), Roast Battle UK (Comedy Central), The Russell Howard Hour (Sky One), Jon Richardson’s Ultimate Worrier (Dave), Red Nose Day Stand Off for Comic Relief (BBC One), Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled (Dave), Stand Up At BBC Wales (BBC Two), and Lou can regularly be heard on The Unbelievable Truth (BBC Radio 4).
