“[Jo Bunting] a forthright and experienced broadcaster” Alice Jones, Radio Times
“The idea is to rebalance topical debates usually dominated by men, and here’s to that” Charlotte Runcie, The Daily Telegraph
Jo Bunting will return as host of the topical comedy show with a female panel taking news and events as a starting point for a series of challenges on BBC Radio 4’s Where’s The F In News. Following a hit first series which saw Jo joined by an array of guests including MP Jess Phillips, art and cultural historian Nina Ramirez, comedian Sindhu Vee, and Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Rose Matafeo, the second four part series will launch on Thursday 7th March at 11pm. Upcoming guests include the return of comedian and actor Jo Brand, broadcaster Fi Glover and London Hughes (‘new female face of British Comedy’ Daily Mail).
Jo Bunting says: “You know all those very funny shows with lots of men that aren’t aimed specifically at men? This show’s exactly like that, but with women.”
Jo Bunting is a producer and writer of topical comedy and satire, whose extensive credits include Have I Got News For You and the Great British Bake Off spin off show, An Extra Slice With Jo Brand. Jo was a guest interviewer on Loose Ends for several years and a panellist on Loose Women.
