It was announced today, Monday 20th November, that the team behind the smash hit podcast My Dad Wrote A Porno will take their hilarious live adaption on tour after a limited run of shows sold out across the world in minutes. Over twenty-two dates, My Dad Wrote A Porno Live will play to theatres nationwide including a performance at London’s prestigious Royal Festival Hall (Southbank Centre) on the 14th May 2018.
What would you do if your dad wrote a dirty book? Ignore it? Not Jamie Morton. He reads it to the world. Along with his best mates James Cooper and Radio 1 DJ Alice Levine, Jamie reads the ‘lost chapter’ from his dad’s notoriously brilliant Belinda Blinked saga.
With nearly 100 million downloads, spawning a best-selling book, winning a prestigious European Lovie Award, and converting Hollywood megastars Elijah Wood, Michael Sheen and Daisy Ridley into mega-fans, My Dad Wrote A Porno has become ‘a cultural phenomenon’ (The Sunday Times). Series 4 will be released in 2018, and TV and motion picture adaptations are all being developed.
My Dad Wrote A Porno are managed Worldwide by Insanity Group and booked live by Avalon.
