Following an extended nationwide tour with his brand-new stand up show, Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee CHRIS RAMSEY makes his home entertainment debut as Chris Ramsey Live: All Growed Up is released on Digital Download on 16th November and DVD from 30th November. CHRIS returned home to the North East to record the live show in front of a sold out crowd at Newcastle’s Tyne Theatre and Opera House.
Chris Ramsey: All Growed Up is a show about getting older, finding yourself, taking responsibility, realising you are no longer a child and all of the other terrifying realisations that come with being dragged kicking and screaming into modern adulthood. CHRIS shares personal stories and childhood memories as he approaches fatherhood, and recounts his horror when for the first time, he became the victim of Ding Dong Dash, rather than the perpetrator.
The DVD release of Chris Ramsey: All Growed Up uniquely contains not just one, but two full length shows, giving fans the chance to own and enjoy the hit Edinburgh-nominated 2011 show Offermation.
Chris Ramsey has performed on BBC One’s Live at the Apollo, is a regular on Celebrity Juice (ITV2) and Virtually Famous (E4) and starred in Time Crashers (Channel 4). He has appeared on Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Mock the Week (BBC Two), Celebrity Mastermind (BBC One), 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4), Sweat the Small Stuff (BBC Three) and The John Bishop Show (BBC One). Chris starred as Jack in two series of critically-acclaimed sitcom Hebburn, co-starring VIC REEVES on BBC Two which peaked at over 2 million viewers. CHRIS has over 360,000 followers on Twitter.
