Edinburgh-born, BAFTA-nominated comic IAIN STIRLING announces extra performances of his brand new show At Home every Thursday and Friday night from August 1st throughout the 2013 Festival Fringe. After great demand for tickets, the additional dates, all at 11.20pm in the Underbelly’s Dairy Room, go on sale before IAIN takes to the stage for the first time with his regular show at the Pleasance Beside.

In 2012 IAIN STIRLING completely sold out his debut hour at the Fringe (along with extra dates that were added during the month) with the critically-acclaimed show Happy To Be The Clown?

IAIN burst onto the comedy scene whilst studying for a Law degree at Edinburgh University, reaching the finals of both the Paramount Funniest Student competition (2009), and the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year competition (2009). Just one week after graduating, IAIN found himself on a train down to London to begin presenting on CBBC and just two years later he received a BAFTA nomination for Best Children’s Presenter. He has written for, developed and presented a number of other CBBC projects, including; Help! My Supply Teacher Is Magic, 12 Again and All Over the Place. His love of football has led him to commentate for CBBC’s Red Button Coverage of the World Cup and he has also appeared on CBBC’s Match of the Day Kickabout

IAIN has performed on Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC Three), appeared as a panellist on Fake Reaction (ITV2), warmed up for RHOD GILBERT and in 2013 he supported RUSSELL KANE on his nationwide tour.
