Due to phenomenal demand, additional dates have now been added to the brand new nationwide stand-up tour – LEE NELSON – bringing the total number of dates to 56 and adding a further 16,000 tickets. Tickets are on general sale through LEE’s website, www.leenelson.com from today, Friday 24th May, 9.00am.
LEE NELSON embarked on his brand new tour following the success of two critically acclaimed sell-out shows: Lee Nelson’s Well Good Tour and Lee Nelson Live. Extended three times, Lee Nelson Live saw him perform a massive 90 dates, including selling out London’s IndigO2. This new show sees the irrepressible South London lad host a jam-packed night of unmissable entertainment with legendary audience interaction and appearances from alter egos including pitch invading Premier League footballer Jason Bent, bigoted pastor Daniel Doolay and unhinged club rep Chris Young from ‘Kicking Off in Kavos’.
Lee Nelson’s Well Good Show has been a ratings hit for BBC Three, with consolidated viewing figures reaching as high as 2 million and ranking at number two in the BBC iPlayer chart for most-watched shows across all BBC channels. This year saw LEE NELSON star in brand new TV series, Lee Nelson’s Well Funny People, a completely new character comedy show for BBC Three, featuring a multitude of new characters including: Gary Sedgemore from ‘The Only Way is Macclesfield’ in his spin off reality show ‘OMG, LOL, FYI It’s Gary!!!’; psychotic Gangster Headmaster; Newcastle budget chef from Geordie Kitchen; aggressive Glaswegian Chugger; and radio DJ Kenny K; alongside many more.

MORE OF WHAT THE PRESS HAS SAID ABOUT LEE NELSON…
★★★★★
Metro
“hilarious parody of just what it is to be British” ★★★★★
Daily Star
“The hottest creation since Ali G and Vicky Pollard.”
The Daily Mirror
“As comic inventions go, Simon Brodkin’s south London council estate geezer Lee Nelson is up with the best.”
Simon Horsford, The Daily Telegraph
“Mainstream success beckons… it’s ‘qualitee’”
Grazia
“Nelson gets the biggest laughs of all… has the audience in the palm of his hand.”
Radio Times
★★★★
Heat
“Nelson, a baseball cap-wearing ‘sarf London’ geezer with a little Harry Enfield and even a strand or two of Norman Wisdom in his DNA, is surely destined for a bigger stage.”
Martin James, The Sunday Times
“This is just out-and-out raucous, exuberant fun from start to finish.” ★★★★★
Steve Bennett, Chortle
“The chav king’s Well Good Edinbra Show at the Fringe had me howling for an entire hour. Given I saw it on the final day – after taking in hundreds of gigs in the month – that took some doing.”
Tommy Holgate, The Sun
★★★★
Nuts
“The sheer irresponsibility of the man, his love of life (especially lady-life) and his utter lack of an inner censor mean that almost every line he utters has some little comedy grenade in it, frequently as a perfectly timed coda. Lee is da bomb where the comedy ‘reveal’ is concerned.” ★★★★★
Kate Copstick, The Scotsman
