Michelle, having completed a degree in Psychology joined the BBC as a programme maker in 2005 and has worked across a wealth of shows within Entertainment, Children’s, Factual & Current Affairs.
As a children’s presenter, Michelle has fronted Totally Rubbish, All Over the Place, I Want My Own Room and Deadly Art for CBBC and has been a guest on The Dog Ate My Homework, Blue Peter and Art Ninja.
Her career has gone from strength to strength both behind and in front of the camera and she’s gone on to present across some of the most established shows on TV including the BBC’s Inside Out and ITV’s This Morning, often covering hard-hitting content including the Boston Bombings & Margaret Thatcher’s death.
She became a member of the main presenting team on BBC1’s Watchdog and has reported for their daytime consumer series Watchdog Test House. She’s also the live location reporter for Crimewatch Roadshow and more recently presented Council House Crackdown for BBC1 Daytime.
An accomplished live broadcaster and presenter, Michelle also loves hosting live events. Her other notable credits include presenting on the red carpet for the Children’s BAFTA’s, hosting the live evening celebrations for the London 2012 Olympic Torch Roadshow and reporting on all the live action for BBC’s Sport Relief.
As well as her work within television, Michelle is a diversity youth mentor working closely with teens that have just come out of foster care. She leads a very active lifestyle & loves the outdoors. She likes to run, hike & recently took up white water rafting!
A rising talent within the industry, Michelle is set to have one of her busiest years yet on screen.
