CHANNEL 4 TO LAUNCH BRAND NEW DOG SHOW WITH MAJOR NEW CANINE MANAGEMENT EXPERT TO COINCIDE WITH CRUFTS

This March, Channel 4 is using the world famous dog show Crufts to launch Dogs Behaving Badly, a brand new hour long programme, following the work of a major new dog behaviour expert.  GRAEME HALL, ‘The Dogfather’ has over 10 years’ experience helping out of control dogs and their desperate owners.  His mantra is simple, “Any Dog, Any Age, Any Problem.”

Tune in to see him tackle Rome – an out of control 71 kilo Great Dane from South Shields who intimidates all in his path, in Weymouth Addie – a jealous Poodle who hates his owner’s boyfriend and attacks him on sight, Gus – an escape artist Labrador who can open any doors and steals food from the oven in Warrington and over in Liverpool, Dexter – a raging Westie and Winston – a battling Bull Dog, who have waged war over territory.

For GRAEME, solving the underlying issues is often as much about dealing with the owners as it is their dogs. Over the course of the programme he has to get a couple to reassess their own relationship and with it the messages they are sending out to their dog, help a nervous owner overcome a crisis of confidence that has her left battered and bruised, and force one family to rethink their entire living situation.

Armed with over 10 years of training, the equivalent of approx. 70 dog years, GRAEME has certainly been put to the test by training over 4,300 dogs (including 1 fox!) of all breeds and sizes as well as their owners.  Unusually for a dog trainer, GRAEME didn’t have a dog of his own until his 40’s and came into dog training relatively late in life. However, by getting the problem fixed quickly and getting it right first time, he has gained a unique reputation within his profession. With his specific approach of combining knowledge and understanding, he gets the results the owners want for their dogs. That’s more than knowledge – it’s a feel for dogs.

Dogs Behaving Badly TXs Saturday 11th March at 6.05pm on Channel 4
